The homestay is approved by government of kerala tourism department as gold category. It is near to main road (Thirumala Sasthamangalam road) From Thampanoor railway station/bus stand 4.5kms, 5 kms from sree Padmanabha swamy temple, 12 kms from airport and 4 kms from zoo/meusium.
The homestay consists of 3 ac delux rooms attached and one delux non ac room attached It have sitout, drawing room, kitchen, dining room, common place etc. Kitchen having fridge, gas stove with connection, all common utensils. Washing machine also available. Roof top dining facility is available based on request. All rooms are bathroom attached and common bathroom is available for drivers use.
It is convenient place for families to stay. Maximum 8 persons can stay with a total rent of 6000/- for 4 rooms together.
